In or about September 2017, my Cebuano friend advised me of a teleradyo video clip phone patch interview of the respondent with Leo Lastimosa of DYAB Cebu City last 08 September 2017. Playing it, 1 heard the respondent hurl malicious and derogatory accusations against me and my brother-in-law, then Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, for alleged graft and corruption, and extortion. Particularly, respondent Charged me and then Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte of “pangingikil” against UBER in connection with its claimed franchise, and against “similar companies” purportedly in conspiracy with LTFRB RD 7 Director Ahmed Cuison. 3. Additionally, respondent also defamed and labelled me and then Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte of corruption and extortion not only against Uber and the ‘other companies”, but also in the Road Board and in DPWH as part of our supposed corrupt tentacles and “shakedown” 4.
