This is to certify that Mr. Tabibar rahaman is employed with our company Descon Limited from
02.01.2016 to till date as on 12.11.2017 as ‘Assistant Project Engineer(Electrical)’.

His major responsibilities included working on Electrical project like township

electrification,33/11KV substation erection , commissioning & maintenance , HVAC , billing
using SAP etc.

His exposure in these areas is very good. During his tenure with us, he has ably handed major
responsibilities and found him to be hardworking and very productive.

We found him to be self starter who is motivated , duty bound and a highly commited team
player with strong conceptual knowledge.
