The sample shall be removed 1 month after final test result is released to client. Sample retention after
‘such removal dates is applied at 50.000 VND per day for sample up to 250 mL or 1 kilogram or 100.000
VND per day if sample more than 250 mL or 1 kilogram. Maximum sample retention is three months.
Note
= Please advise by return if there is anything should be changed before we carry out the service,
= The tumaround time for regular service: § working days after received sample at the performed lab for regular
service. The arrived sample date at the performed lab will not count as a working day. 50% surcharge shall be
made for express service (3 working days tum-around time) and 70% surcharge shall be made for express
service (2 working days turn-around time) 100% surcharge for urgent service (1 working days turn-around
time)
= Office hour normally starts from 8:00 AM to 12:00AM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Application received after
3:00PM will be regarded as submission of the following working day. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
are NOT counted as a working day.
= Please kindly provide relevant documents before we perform this service.
= If any test report need to be revised because wrong information given by applicants/Client then they have to
pay in advance VND100.000 per revised test report issuance. There is a minimum charge of VND300.000 per
report issued
~The Test Repor(s) of findings issued by SGS will reflect the facts as recorded by it on submitted sample(s) at
the time, date and place of its intervention only and within the limits of the instructions received and does not
refer to any other matters,
= Cancellation charge will be applied and counted once at the beginning of testing to be 100% of total testing fee.
= For the sample pickup service at client designated location within a radius of 20 kilometers of SGS Laboratory
located in Tan Binh Industrial Zone, shipping fee is 5,000 VNBikm. 100% surcharge for picking up on Holidays,
Saturday and Sundays. Refer to the attached sample pick-up service offering for more details.
= 10,000 VND/sample will be deducted from testing fee if only soft copies of certificate of analysis is requested.
= SGS shall provide 02 original of final test results. Additional copy shall be charged at 100,000 VND/copy.
PAYMENT TERMS: 100% in advance before the analysis can happen, shall be made by wire transfer to below
