DOMINGUEZ, the authorty to accredit {and register importers and customs brokers was reverted solely to the Bureau of ‘Customs for purposes of simpitication of process pursuant fo Section 1200 of FLA, 10863, otherwise known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Axt (CMA). |. The same Department Order effectively repesied Department Order Nos. 12-2014 and 16-2014 as well as other orders, circulars, memoranda end cther issuanoes, F parts thereof, which are inconsistent wit this Department Order. MM. Consequently, the submission of BIR-ICC and BIR-BCC es equirements for the accreditation and registration of importers and customs brokers, respectively, wore Necessarily repealed, hence, the same wore removed from tho list of requirements for accreditation and registration with the Burau. it is noteworthy however, that the Department Order was created to amply the Process and to streamline the requirements for the accreditation and registration ‘of importers and customs brokers. V. The following are the documentary requirements for accreditation of importers and customs brokers: V.1__ For new importer, the following pertinent documents are to be submitted: Application Form (notarized and completely filed out) D. Bureau of Customs Official Receipt (BCOR) evidencing payment of Processing Fee (Php 1,000): & Corporate Secretary Certifcate (Corporation) / Affidavit (Sole Proprietorship) 1 Partnership Resolution (Partnership) # BOD Resolution (Coop) designating its authorized signatories in the: Import entries; d.Two @} valid government issued IDs (with picture) of Applicant and Responsible Officers; ©. _NBI Cieerance of applicant (sued within three (8) months prior to the application); F. _Latast Genera! information Sheet (Corp.) / DTI (Sole) / Articles of Partnership / Cooperative Development Authority (Coop ) 3 Personal Profile of Applicant, President and Responsible Orfcers (wth 232 ic picture),v2 iva. m. a o. p. Contficate of Good Standing issued by a PRC accredited national organization of Customs Brokers ‘Any orders, rules or regulations inconsistent with this CMO are hereby repeated or amended accordingly.
