ASSIGNMENT FOR LEGAL FORMS

ALL STUDENTS must submit individually:

a. sample of a Verification with Certification of Non-Forum Shopping of

ANY civil case.

b. Pre-trial Brief of a Declaration of Nullity of Marriage under Article 35(4)

of the Family Code of the Philippines.

c. Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings in a Collection of Sum of

Money Case.

d. Motion to Declare Defendants in Default in a Judicial Partition Case.

e. Entry of Appearance as Private Prosecutor in a Rape case of a 6 year

old boy pending before RTC Branch 83, Mandaue City.

N.B.
a. All assignments must be submitted in a legal folder on September 29, 2018.
b. Non-compliance will be rated accordingly. NO EXTENSION ALLOWED.
