NFR Update Announcement

Beginning in early January 2017, we will be introducing three new NFRs. These NFRs will replace the current NFRs
of the same name, but will include a few key updates to the content. **Active NFRs already entitled in a Partner
Account will not be impacted**

The new NFRs are:

● SER0504 - RHEL OpenStack Platform Business Partner NFR, Self-Supported
● SER0505 - RHEL OpenStack Platform Business Partner NFR, Standard Support
● SER0503 - Red Hat Virtualization Business Partner NFR, Standard Support

What’s Changing?
The new OpenStack NFR SKUs include three changes:
1. The number of entitlements included with each NFR has changed from 12 per NFR subscription to 1. One NFR
subscription should be requested for each server upon which you want to run Red Hat's OpenStack.
2. Each NFR subscription entitles one server with up to 4 sockets. For larger systems, more than one NFR
subscription can be stacked on that large server.
3. Real Time and Fast Datapath software are included with the new NFR subscriptions.

The new RHV NFR SKU includes two changes:

1. It can be used for both the x86 and Power architectures.

2. The old NFR SKU included enough entitlements to run RHV on up to 10 sockets across multiple servers. The new
NFR will entitle one server with up to 4 sockets. For larger systems, more than one NFR subscription can be
stacked on that large server.
