It’s been a year now (1) I left the big city and
came to live in the tiny village of Sunpoint with my family. And what a

How are you? Last night, Charlie and I went to Horror Night.
As soon as I heard the alarm I knew exactly what to do. We had practised this so many times
before that I was sure everything would be fine. Only a week ago our teacher had gone over the
safety rules. (1) ‘ we must all remain calm,’ she told us. She also told us not go
outside. (2) important piece of information she gave us was to stay away from
any glass or heavy objects.
Everyone in the class took cover away from the windows. We used our desks to protect us.
