Job Brief
Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue,
profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as
maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth operations of restaurant on a day to day basis
Ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably
Work closely with management including CEO to meet revenue objectives
Recruiting, training and motivating staff
Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
Maintain safe working condition
Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property,
products and equipment
Responding to customer’s complaints (on the venue, trip advisors & social media)
Ordering inventory
Staff Scheduling
Event Planning
Ensure the smooth operations of restaurant on a day to day basis
Requirements
: 1. Min. Diploma
2. Male/Female max. 35th years old
Education & Work Experiences
3. Proven work experience as a Restaurant
Manager or similar role
: 1. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge,
2. with ability to remember and recall ingredients
Skill
and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
3. Acute financial management skills
4. Fluent in English
