in Glendale, and Abrazo Ari-
zona Heart Hospital, was re-
cently named a 2018 Health
Care Hero by the Phoenix
Business Journal.
Ms. Querrey’s award came
in the non-physician cate-
gory, which recognizes out-
standing contributions to
patient care and community
service. The Health Care He-
roes awards annually hon-
or people whose lives are
based around helping the
community.
Following a career path
from hospital nurse to hos-
pital administration, Ms.
Querrey works collabora-
tively with physicians and
other caregivers on bringing
new technologies and pro-
cedures to Arizona, as well
as clinical research and es-
tablishing partnerships that
enhance care for patients.
“Tammy works tirelessly
to elevate the level of care for
patients at Abrazo Arizona
Heart Hospital and Abrazo
Arrowhead Campus,” Abra-
zo Community Health Net-
work CEO Frank Molina-
ro stated. “Her work has
been instrumental in mov-
ing cardiovascular care for-
