If he/she holds another type of visa, extension of visa with student status is not allowed. Note: Student is required to report to Khon Kaen University before the Course Registration date for the first semester of academic year 2018. August, 2018, Enrollment When the international student arrived at Khon Kaen University, please do as the below guideline; 1. The student is to contact the officer at the Graduate School, the 3* floor of Bimala Kalakicha Building 2. Submit the Enroiment Form with photo sized 1 or 2 inches. 3. Submit a copy of Passport with signature, and also show the Passport. A copy of the Passport is to consist of the pages as follows, - Passport No, , showing personal data and picture - Visa label (Kingdom of Thailand) ~ Permission details (the last visa stamp) Submit a copy of Transcript of the Record (or Mark Sheet) Submit 2 copies of Health Insurance (follow the announcement attached) Pay 1,200 Baht (40 USD) for the Admission Application Fee in case not yet been paid Graduate School will send the documents to the Bureau of the Academic Administration and Development (or Office of Registrar, the 1* floor of Bimala Kalakicha Building) for student 1D code and student card.
