Subject :- Requesting Approval for appearing in IBPS Clerk exam dated 2nd Dec’ 17.

Respected Mam,

I Niraj Goenka, student of M.Com - Accountancy Part I (2017-18) hereby seek your approval to
allow me to appear for the Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS) clerk exam conducted by IBPS
scheduled 2nd Dec’17. As per information received yesterday the M.Com Internal exams are scheduled to
begin from 2nd Dec’17 (i.e; same day having Economics paper) on which day the above bank exams is also
being conducted.

I have been working hard for the bank exam since last one year & co-incidentally it is now came to
know the same is falling along with the college internal exams. I thereby seek your permission as an
exception to allow me to appear for the above banking exam on 2nd Dec’ 17 and I hereby promise that I
would abide by the college process to appear for re-examination of Economics paper as and when the
announcement is done for its future dates.
