1) Select the Column B->Go to Home Tab->Click on the Insert Option insid
Cells Group->Select Insert Sheet Columns->Select insert sheet columns
2) Select Cell B2 and then type "Year".-->Select B3 and type 1896 then select
B4 and type 1900-Highlight cells till B34->Go to Home->Fill, in editing-
>Series->Autofill
3) Select Cell A1.Replace the existing text by "Olympic 100 Metres Gold
Medalists".
4) Select the Cell Range A2:F2.-->Go to the Home Tab-->Select the Cell stype
option in Styles Group-->Choose appropriate(40%-Accent5) option.
5) Select Cell Range F3:F34.-->Go to the Home tab-->Click on the right below
arrow adjacent to the Numbers.-->Click on the Number Tab and select
number option in category menu.-->Increment the decimal place by 2.
6) Select the Cell Range A3:A34.-->Click on the right below arrow adjacent
to the Alignment.-->Select Right(Indent) option from Horizontal category
and set the Indent value by 1.
10) Selece the Row 8-->Go to Home Tab-->Click on the Format option
in Cells group-->Select Hide and Unhide-->Hide Rows.Repeat the same for
Rows 14,15,33 and 34.
14) Select the Range A1:C19.-->Go to the Insert Tab-->Select the Table
option in Tables group-->Click on OK-->Select table->Type the
CountyMedals in Table Name inside Properties group in your Design Tab
15) Select the appropriate range. -->Quick Style inside Design Tab--
>Select Medium9-->Enable First Column Check Box in Table Style Options.
16) Select the Range A1:C19.-->Go to the Home Tab-->Sort & Filtering
in Editing group-->Custom Sort-->Then do as given in the
question.2.Select the "# Gold Medals" column in Olympic Medals
worksheet.-->Go to the Data Tab-->Select Filter in Sort & Filter group.--
>Click on the filter box in "$Gold Medals" column-->Remove the tick mark
from the check box having value 0 -->Click the OK Button.
17) Select the cell on the right of the data --> Insert Tab --> in Pie chart
--> Select the 3D Pie chart -->Now Click on the 3D Pie Chart --> Chart Tools
--> Design --> Select Data --> select Series 1 --> Edit --> Type "# Gold
Medals" --> Click OK
18) Select the chart --> Chart Tools --> Design --> Select --> Style 7
19) Click on the chart --> Chart Tools --> Design --> Add chart Elements
--> Chart Titles --> Above Chart --> Type "100 Metres Gold Medals"-->
Press Enter key
20) Click on the Cell F2 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Formula tab-
->Insert function->Average-->For Range selection, go and select the time
in the first sheet=average(!Olympic 100 MetresF3:F34)-->Press
(fn+F4)or plain F4 for Absolute referencing(Select the cells F3:F4 first)
Press the Enter Key
21) Click on the Cell F3 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Use the
Formula --> =Min(!Olympic 100 MetresF3:F34) --> Press the Enter Key
22) Click on the Cell F4 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Use the
Formula --> =Max(!Olympic 100 MetresF3:F34) --> Press the Enter Key
23) Click on the Cell F5 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Use the
Formula --> =averageif(Code,"USA",'!Olympic 100 Metres'F3:F34) -->
Press the Enter Key
24) Click on the Cell G3 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Use the
Formula --> =CONCATENATE('Olympic 100 Meters'!D32,"=",'Olympic 100
Meters'!E32) --> Press the Enter Key
25) Click on the Cell G4 in the "Olympic Medals" sheet --> Use the
Formula --> =RIGHT('Olympic 100 Meters'!D3,5) --> Press the Enter Key
Third Sheet:
26) Select Home Tab --> Insert --> Insert Sheet --> Format --> Organize
Sheets --> Rename Sheet --> Type "Top 25 100 Metres" --> Press Enter
27) Select cell A1 --> Select Data Tab --> Get External Data --> From Text
--> Select "Top 25.txt" file -->Tab Delimited -->Tab--> Finish.
28) Select Insert Tab --> Click on Hyperlink --> Select the file --> Click on
OK
30) Click on File Tab --> on the right of the info tab --> Click on the show
all properties --> Subject --> Type --> "100 Metres" --> Click on enter Key
--> Click on ESC Key.
