It is with great pleasure and pride that I write this letter on behalf of Ms. Kelsey
Miranda. Despite her newness to the position she has established herself as a leader with
superior work ethic and commitment to the children.

In the classroom her instructional practices were focused on IEP objectives and
grounded in sound pedagogy. In the classroom she helped create a very respectful tone
that allowed all children to feel comfortable participating, which in turn helps solidify
their learning.

Ms. Miranda took on new learning from the classroom teacher. She readily
implemented new strategies into her teaching and was always looking for new ways to
support the children. Overall, she has the perfect balance of content knowledge and the
ability to make the learning activities accessible to all learners.

I recommend Ms. Miranda without hesitation and with great confidence she will
do a wonderful job. As an Instructional Assistant, she was like having another teacher in
the room. She will be an ambassador for your school and will make everyone proud of
