CERTIFICATE FOR STUDENTS FROM THE COLLEGE
1. All entries should be in the candidate own handwriting and candidate will be held
personally responsible for any incorrect entry that he / she makes.
2. The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidate at any stage
when it is directed that his or her admission to the examination or the College is
against rules.
3. The name of the candidate and that of his / her father given overleaf should
correspond to those mentioned in the B.E. / B. Tech., or its equivalent certificates.
4. Any false or incorrect statement in the Application Form will render the candidate liable
to disciplinary action.
5. Candidate should send his / her B.E. B.Tech., or its equivalent Examination Certificate
in ORIGINAL.
6. If the candidate belong to any other University he / she should submit the
MIGRATION CERTIFICATE with the prescribed Fee of Rs. 100/-
7. For details and full information with regard to the Examination, candidates should refer
to the Rules and Syllabus published separately.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidate at any stage
when it is detected that his or her admission to the Examination or the College is
against rules.
2. Candidates should take their seats at least five minutes before the distribution of the
question paper. Those coming half an hour after the appointed time, will not be
admitted. Candidates suffering from any contagious disease will not be permitted to
enter the Examination Hall.
3. Candidates are prohibited from bringing to the Examination Hall any books, notebooks
or loose sheets of paper. If they do so, they are liable for expulsion. Candidates are not
allowed to use any books or paper of any kind. Candidates are also prohibited from
bringing their own Mathematical Tables into the Examination Hall. The Chief
Superintendent upon request will supply these to the candidates. Non-programmable
Calculators and drawing Instruments will however be allowed to be brought in. They
are also prohibited from talking to each other, copying from others or allowing others to
copy from them or taking or giving any other kind of assistance or talking to or
communicating with a person outside the Examination Hall. If a candidate is found
violating these rules and l or committing any other malpractice and l or behaving in an
indisciplined manner or causing nuisance or disturbance to the candidates, he/she will
at once be expelled from the Examination Hall. He/She will not be allowed to sit for the
remaining papers and will be liable to rustication.
4. Candidates are required to bring their Hall Tickets along with them everyday. The photo
and the Identity Certificate on the reverse should be duly certified and should be
presented for inspection whenever demanded.
5. Candidates are requested to preserve this Hall Ticket and if required produce it at the time
of issue of Degree Certificate for Identification.
6. ELECTRONIC GADGETS SUCH AS MOBILE PHONES, HEAD PHONES ETC. ARE NOT
PERMITTED INTO THE EXAM HALL.
