SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. To represent me before the Cashier’s Office of the Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) Campus,
Can-avid, Eastern Samar;

2. To receive any amount or sum of money , due or owing to me in cash or in check, pertaining to my
Financial Aid (Yolanda Cash Assistance) or any Cash Receivable from said University;

3. To process and submit all necessary documents requisite for the release of said Check Receivable/
Cash Receivable/ Financial Assistance;

4. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite, necessary or proper
to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully with all
intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
