I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about a recent experience I had on for a number of


reasons.
In the first place, I was not offered
To make things worse, when I addressed one of its workers to inform her of the situation and
request an explanation, I was treated disrespectfully. Furthermore, I was very disappointed to
discover that there was no alternative option that would suit my needs.
in reality the service provided made me feel discriminated against.
I feel that I should receive a written apology on your behalf and I demand a complete refund of
everything that I have paid. Should this refund not be forthcoming, I shall have no alternative but to
refer the matter to my lawyers.
