Easy one Bowl Eggless Vanilla Sponge cake

RECIPE

150 grams ( ½ cup) Curd/Yogurt

100 grams ( ½ cup) Granulated Sugar

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

60 ml (¼ cup) Vegetable Oil

130 grams ( 1 cup ) All Purpose Flour

Method

Add curd and sugar whisk it well then addbaking soda and baking powder in the curd whisk it well again.
Set aside for 5 mins. It will forth up

Shift the flour

After 5 mins add the vanilla essence and oil whisk well then add shifted flour mix very well with spatula.

Then bake 6” pan in a preheated oven 160C about 30 to 35 mins.


Chocolate Ganache
INGREDIENTS:

Dark Chocolate Ganache - 2 : 1 ratio i.e 2 parts Chocolate to 1 part Cream by weight.

Eg.

500 grams Dark Chocolate

250 grams Heavy Cream (Amul Cream)

Method
 Chop the chocolate in a heat proof bowl
 Heat the cream on medium heat until you see bubble on the top
 The pour the cream over the chocolate and cover and sit for 5 minutes
 After 5 min mix with spatula gently until everything mixed [do not beat it vigorously]
1. Bring it in room temperature This is the time you can dip cupcakes and for glazing
2. Let it sit the ganache at room temperature then beat it with hand beater for 3- mins
Then pip it.
3. Let sit for 6-7 hours then pip it.

Chocolate Truffels

60% dark chocolate and heavy cream(2:1)

Make it the same way

Then refrigerate and scoop with ice cream scooper

And roll with cocoa powder
