Method
Add curd and sugar whisk it well then addbaking soda and baking powder in the curd whisk it well again.
Set aside for 5 mins. It will forth up
After 5 mins add the vanilla essence and oil whisk well then add shifted flour mix very well with spatula.
Dark Chocolate Ganache - 2 : 1 ratio i.e 2 parts Chocolate to 1 part Cream by weight.

Method
Chop the chocolate in a heat proof bowl
Heat the cream on medium heat until you see bubble on the top
The pour the cream over the chocolate and cover and sit for 5 minutes
After 5 min mix with spatula gently until everything mixed [do not beat it vigorously]
1. Bring it in room temperature This is the time you can dip cupcakes and for glazing
2. Let it sit the ganache at room temperature then beat it with hand beater for 3- mins
Then pip it.
3. Let sit for 6-7 hours then pip it.
