I am a 4th year student taking up a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from University of San
Jose – Recoletos who is currently enrolled in a Business Correspondence class. I am pleased to submit my
employment application and other documentation for perusal purposes.

It is a course requirement of the subject that the student must undertake a job hunting interview as part
of the training in interacting with the real employer, in preparation for such engagement after graduation.
The students in the Business Correspondence class are asked to prepare the documents based on the
available job ads, and ask favor from the employer to accommodate them for an interview.

I am humbly asking for your support to accomplish my final course requirement; that with your help I can
also experience this undertaking with an employer which will boost my confidence by the time I would be
looking for a job after my graduation.

Allow me to express my gratitude of the opportunity to be with the employer; this I will treasure a lot as
one of the most memorable experiences in my life as a student and as a future employee.

I am sending a bunch of documents including the Job hunting criteria form in which the employer can rate
the applicant’s interview session. May I be given a chance to document this activity through a photo
