The bar chart illustrates how the proportion of building's price had changed in Algeria, China, and

Argentina in 4 consecutive years since 2007.

Overall, there is noticeable that rate of Algeria of buildings' prices had a downward trend through the 4-
year period. Meanwhile, an upward trend was notorious for China's figures in the same period.
Regarding Argentina, the average proportion of house's prices had ups and downs in the whole period.

At the beginning of the period (2007), the figure for Algeria was well over 6% and it started to decrease
to achieve exactly a half in 2010. Meanwhile, China's figure had a marginal 2% in 2007 and this rate
had a steep increase over the period to achieve the highest value among the countries (6.5%) in 2010.

The proportion of Argentinan houses' prices started at 3% in 2007 and it increased by nearly 2% in
2008. However, this increase was interrupted for 2009 when its rate of houses' prices had the lowest
value among the remaining countries with 1%. Finally, the Argentinan houses' market share recovered
more than 1% by 2010.
