Good morning to all, my name is David Torres and I am the governor of
the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania, officially the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, is one of fifty states that, together with Washington DC, make up the United States of America. Its capital is Harrisburg and its most populous city, Philadelphia, famous for being the place where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution was drawn up. Pennsylvania has a population of more than 12 million people. It is located in the Northeast region of the country, bordered on the north by New York, on the south by Maryland and on the west by Ohio. It is a beautiful city, but, there is a problem. Many people don’t have a home or a house where to live, I mean, don’t have a roof that protects them, so they live in the streets. Well, Mrs. President, I just want to know if you can give me money to build little buildings or houses for them, I need your help. Thank you, have a nice day and hope you come to my state.
