AFFIDAVIT

I, ANTONIO Z. CLEMENTE, of legal age, married, Filipino, resident of Purok

6, Mangahan, Brgy. Nursery, Masbate City, Masbate, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am a retired police officer of the Philippine National Police

receiving a monthly net pension in the amount of twenty eight thousand
four hundred ninety seven pesos and five cents (P28,497.05.);

2. That ever since my retirement, I did not work for any agency/
establishment;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
