Stars and Clowns Rental Agreement

RENTAL FEE a fee of $25.00 must be paid by the renter. This is not a deposit. This money will
be used to finance any alterations or new costumes that need to be altered, restored, or
purchased.

ALTERATIONS Alterations will be completed by a seamstress that has been approved by ACT.
The renter is not permitted to alter any costume without specific permission from Mrs. Stricklin.
This request must be made by email to Mrs. Stricklin.

OTHER EXPENSES I understand that there may be other expenses and/or purchases that must
be made for my student aside from the $25.00 rental fee.

DAMAGED OR LOST COSTUME FEES Normal wear and tear on costumes is expected and
won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charges
above the rental fee. Damage charges will be assessed for permanent stains or any other damage
that renders the costume not rentable for next year. It includes the cost of the supplies needed to
restore the garment to its original state or purchase of a new costume as well as labor costs.
Major damage to costumes will be assessed at the replacement value of the costume. Lost
costumes will be assessed with a lost costume fee of the replacement value of the costume.
