For DO to come up with a Directive to all PNP personnel, most especially our field officers engaged in the anti-criminality operations who are in far-flung areas, to download the “PNP Know your Rights’ Mobile Application from the Google Play Store and for PNP personnel to purchase their respective android/smart phones so that they can download all mobile applications of the PNP at the Google Play Store; b. For Heads/Chiefs of PNP Offices/Directorates/Units/Stations to: 1. Mandatorily inspect during PICE the android phones of PNP personnel under their jurisdiction and ensure that they have downloaded the “PNP Know Your Rights” Mobile Application; and 2. Submit compliance to the Chief, PNP (attention: Chief, HRAO) on this recommendations; ©. For HRAO to undertake the necessary mechanisms/measures to ensure compliance from all PNP personnel regarding the aforementioned recommendations.3.
