DECLARATION

I hereby certify that above the statements and information given in my

application are true to the best of my knowledge, and that during my stay in
Saudi Arabia I shall abide by all laws and regulations of the Kingdom. I am
aware that Alcohol, Drugs, Narcotics, and indecent publications violating
the public morality and all types of religious or political pamphlets are
prohibited from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether for
personal use or otherwise.

I am also fully aware that if I violate the laws and regulations of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I shall be subject to penalty, and the penalty for
smuggling drugs and narcotics into the Kingdom or trafficking or
circulating them there, is death.

I also confirm that the religion stated in my application is my real religion,

and I know that I will be subject to punishment, if the religion I stated, is
proved to be false as my religion, and I will also loose my visa in that case.

I accept that if I violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, I shall be subject to penalty deemed appropriate.

I also commit myself not to possess or hold any false money of any
currency for the purpose of circulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I
am fully aware that if I possess or hold falsified money, I will be subject to
punishment according to the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
