We already have the certified true copy of the order from the court regarding the
dismissal of your case. However, as regards the processing of the clearance with the
NBI, please be advised of the following process:

1.) Register your account online at https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph

2.) Once you apply online for an NBI Clearance, you will find out whether you
have a “HIT” status.
3.) If you have a HIT status, then the NBI clearance personnel will advise you
whether or not you need to undergo a “Quality Control Interview”. A Quality
Control Interview is a quick process wherein the NBI Clearing Officers will
personally verify the identity of the NBI Clearance Applicant.
4.) In the Quality Control Interview, you will be asked to bring the following:
a. Two (2) valid documents that proves your identity. Any valid
government ID (i.e. passport, driver’s license) would suffice;
b. Copy of the decision dismissing the case; and
c. NBI clearance online receipt (you will get this after you register
online).

Upon advise of the NBI Information and Communication Technology Division (NBI-
ICTD) in Taft Ave., Manila, said process must be done personally by the applicant.
