If you are unable to attend, we can include your literature in the information packs and send you details of the brides who attend.
This has proved a very easy and effective way to get lots of sales leads.

We feel it is important for smaller, more unusual services to be represented at fairs, and at each venue
we have a number of stands available at a reduced rate for those offering something that no other
exhibitor can offer, eg. magicians, hand made stationery or favours, some health & beauty services, etc.

venue consistently attracts a high number of brides.

This is one of Oxfordshire’s most popular fairs, with
legendary hospitality. The hotel will be set up as it
would be for a wedding, with exhibitors in an adjoining
marquee.

Marlow Bridge, Marlow, Bucks
Situated on the River Thames this very popular wedding
venue on the Bucks/Berks border has a reputation for
holding successful wedding fairs for many years. Early

This venue is located on the busy A4 London Road in
Newbury. With a strong reputation within the wedding
industry, this fair will be one not to miss if your business
covers this area.

The Bull Hotel 16th January
Gerrards Cross, Bucks
New for Spring 2011, this fair has previously been run
successfuly by Bucks Free Press for many years. Situated
close to the M40, M25, and M4, the Bull is a popular
wedding venue with local brides.

Eynsham Hall 23rd January
North Leigh, near Witney, Oxon
Eynsham Hall consistently hosts Oxfordshire’s busiest
wedding fair, having regularly attracted up to 180 brides,
so book early for a chance to exhibit. This fair will feature
bridal fashion shows.

Bisham Abbey 2nd May

Marlow, Bucks Bank Holiday
Bisham Abbey has been holding wedding fairs for many
years and Guides for Brides is proud to be organising this
fair once again in the Spring. You will need to book early
to avoid disappointment.

1. Complete both sides of this form and return by fax, post or scan and email.
2. Enclose a deposit of £52.88 (incl VAT 17.5%) or £54.00 (incl VAT 20% booking after Jan 4th 2011) to secure your stand, or full payment for the Leaflet & Mail List option.
3. The full balance for exhibiting is due four weeks before the fair.
4. Final details will be confirmed by email before each fair.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellations must be made in writing at least four weeks before the date of that fair.
Leaflets must be received 10 days before the date of the fair booked. If leaflets are late or not received, mailing lists will be sent but refunds will not be given.
