Dear sir,madam

This letter is to inform you that I cannot join the classes for this month because I got an
offer from UNIVERSITI KEBANGSAAN MALAYSIA(UKM) and at the same time I had some family
problem.

2.The result will be out on 1st – 5th February,so I can only make decision after this. I need some time
from your department to make a right decision. Actually I have talked to my marketer about this and
she said she will help me with all the documents which need to hand out.
