I am interested in becoming a writer for your 2018-2019 English Composition class. I saw on
your board that you were looking to find new writers. I believe that becoming a writer for this
class would be a great opportunity.
I have experienced many writing styles and techniques throughout the past two years.
Throughout Freshman English, I developed skills in in informative and narrative writing. My
Sophomore English brought knowledge on persuasive writing. Lastly, my Chemistry class gave
me insight on scientific report. Each of these skills will help me to be a Writer for English
Composition because they strengthen my writing background. I hope that you will consider me
