आवेदन प Eंट/डाउनलोड करने के /लए

• उमीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क फोटो एवं हतार सहत अपने यि#तगत %ववरण को स'या%पत
कर( ।
• यद कोई %वसंग+त ना हो, तो जार रखने के .लए SAVE बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• SAVE बटन पर ि#लक करने के बाद आपको एक वेब पेज पर +नद5 .शत कया जायेगा जहाँ आप
SAVED APPLICATION(S) के %ववरण दे ख सकते हB ।
• अपने Post / EQR दे खने एवं संपादत करने के .लए SAVED APPLICATION(S) म( VIEW/EDIT
.लंक पर ि#लक कर( ।
• यद कोई %वसंग+त ना हो, तो जार रखने के .लए SAVE बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• SAVE बटन पर ि#लक करने के बाद आपको एक वेब पेज पर +नद5 .शत कया जायेगा जहाँ आप
SAVED कए गये आवेदन को PDF .लंक के साथ दे ख सकते हB, जहाँ से अपने आवेदन को
%Lंट/डाउनलोड कर सकते है ।

आवेदन को संपादत/डाउनलोड करने हे तु

कृपया Oयान दे , यह स%ु वधा आपको केवल एक बार %ववरण अपडेट करने कR अनम
ु +त दे ती है ।
चरण 1 : IयिJतगत ववरण संपादत कर?
• +नजी %ववरण म( कसी भी %ववरण के अTयतन के .लया EDIT बटन पर ि#लक कर( (उमीदवार का
नाम और ईमेल छोड़कर ) ।
• फोटो और हतार म( कसी भी %वसंग+त होने पर आप फोटो और हतार पन
ु ः अपलोड कर सकते है ।
• %ववरण अपडेट करने के बाद REVIEW बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• यद सभी %ववरण सह है तो SAVE बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• SAVE बटन पर ि#लक करने के बाद आपको एक वेब पेज पर +नद5 .शत कया जायेगा जहाँ आप
SAVED APPLICATION(S) के %ववरण दे ख सकते हB ।
• अब आप +नन.लYखत चरण म( EQR %ववरण को अTयतन कर सकते ह( ।

चरण 2 : EQR ववरण संपादत कर?

• EQR म( %ववरण दे खने के .लये VIEW/EDIT पर ि#लक कर( ।
• कसी भी %वसंग+त होने पर, EQR (पद कोड को छोड़ कर) म( कसी भी %ववरण को अपडेट करने के
.लए VIEW/EDIT बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• %ववरण अपडेट करने के बाद REVIEW बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• यद सभी %ववरण सह ह( तो SAVE बटन पर ि#लक कर( ।
• SAVE बटन पर ि#लक करने के बाद आपको एक वेब पेज पर +नद5 .शत कया जायेगा जहाँ आप
SAVED APPLICATION(S) को %Lंटंग/डाउनलो[डंग के .लए PDF .लंक के साथ दे ख सकते ह( ।
• आप SAVED APPLICATION(s) म( अपने आवेदन प\ को %Lंट/डाउनलोड कर सकते हB ।

(This facility will be available from 12/10/2018 to 21/10/2018 only for those candidates who have
successfully completed their application(s))
Caution: There is no payment involved in this facility

For Printing/Downloading of Application

• Candidates are advised to verify their personal details including photo and signature.
• If no discrepancy found then click on SAVE button to continue.
• After clicking on SAVE button, you will be directed to a web page where you can see
the saved application(s) details.
• Click on VIEW/EDIT link in the saved application(s) to view or edit your Post/Essential
Qualification Requirement Details.
• If no discrepancy found then click on SAVE button to continue.
• After clicking on SAVE button, you will be directed to a web page where you can see
the saved application(s) with pdf link from where you can print/download your
application(s).

For Editing and Downloading of Application

Kindly note that this facility allows you to update the details only once.

Step 1: Edit Personal details

• Click on EDIT button for updation of any particulars in personal details (except
candidate name and email).
• In case of any discrepancy in photo and signature you can also
re-upload photo and signature.
• After updating the details click on REVIEW button.
• If all particulars are correct then click on SAVE button.
• After clicking on SAVE button you will be directed to a web page where can see the
saved application(s) details.
• You can update the EQR details in the following steps.

Step 2: Edit Essential Qualification Requirement (EQR) details

• Click on VIEW/EDIT button for viewing the particulars in EQR.
• In case of any discrepancy, click on EDIT button for updation of any particulars in EQR
details (except post code).
• After updating the details click on REVIEW button.
• If all particulars are correct then click on SAVE button.
• After clicking on SAVE button you will be directed to a web page, where you can see
the saved application(s) with pdf link for printing/downloading.
• You can print /download your application(s).
