1.What is the movie all about?

“The Impossible” is a movie about the family of Lucas Benneth going to a vacation on Thailand.
They went on a resort near the ocean to spend their holiday. But two days later, on the morning, a
massive Tsunami took place. Thus the story is how Lucas Benneth and his family survived the Tsunami.
They all survived the tsunami but both Lucas Benneth and his Mother got separated from his Father,
Henry and his two little brother, Thomas and Simon Benneth. Lucas and his heavily wounded mother got
help from the locals and was sent to a local hospital for treatment. And Henry Benneth(father) and his
two sons were able to survive but got separated from Lucas and his Mother. Despite that they were all
separated they showed both unexpected kindness and courage. Henry Benneth went in searh for Lucas
and his mother until he found them at a local hospital. And they got to see each other again. Although
Lucas and family face their darkest hour they remained faithful and strong.

2.Identify the different hazards in the movie?

-Running around the pool.

-Running in the hallways of the Hospital.
-Exposure to pressure
-Exposure to heavy stress
-Hanging electrical wires
-Exposure of open wound to dirty substances.

3. If you were in the movie, what would you do to avoid such a disaster.

If I were in the movie, I would rather stay in a hotel away from the coastline. And if I see an
incoming tsunami I would immediately go into a sturdy tall building and go to the highest floor to avoid
being dragged by the waves. And I would prefer having my vacation on the mountains than near the sea
to avoid a possible tsunami. Lastly I would check first if the place I’m going to is safe and not prone to
any kind of disasters.
