Question 1:

For chapter 11 the first question I will answer is, question one. Physical harm to another

living creature is abusive. I understand that siblings have their spats, but it needs to be taken care

of, by a parent confronting the child about harming the other child, if the physical harm goes

without confrontation, the abuser will think it is okay, as it is just sibling rivalry, when it’s more

than that. I knew a girl who had hit her sister as an infant, and I define that as abuse in a sibling

relationship. I understand that at times, the siblings may fight, which can cause harm, but if it is

one constantly harming the other, and the other is not defending themselves, then that is abuse.

Siblings should be subject to the same penalties as other abusers, since their sibling is just as

much human, as they are if it were to be another human being of no blood relation, that had

harmed them
