FOURTH POST ASSESSMENT CONSULTATIVE DIALOGUE OR

CONFERENCE WITH DARAB STAFF ON FEBRUARY 12, 2018

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The meeting started at around 9 o’clock in the

morning with the invocation of the prayer. The Fourth Post
Assessment Consultative Dialogue aims to assess outputs
of last quarter of 2017 and to gain better understanding
of the assessment evaluation and to point out the
weaknesses in the outputs especially on the issue for
improvements in preparation for 2018 target.

The Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator, Atty.

Salvacion “Sally” Tan-Venus, together with the staff
discuss cases for accomplishment especially the targets
of 2018 and other matters.

Moreover the personnel sum up and evaluate their

reports and data to come up with a strategy and action
plan in order for them to be able to reach their
accomplishments by the end of the year.
