Project’s Long-term Objectives:

 Expansion of the business in 3 years’ time


 Opportunities for having distribution centers and/or franchise
 Achieving at least 97% percent positive customer feedback
 Increasing profit by 20% every year
 Building the business name recognition within the community through community outreach
projects

Project’s Short-term Objectives:

 Continuous improvement on the customer service research process to include new


questionnaires and incentives, such as monthly drawings for free products or discounts
on future purchases for customers who take the time to respond
 Give appropriate attention on the analysis of customer buying trends and market
competition
 Conduct charity and community events/services at least twice a year and provide
employee rewards to those employees who actively participates
 Research for product innovations
