LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TOM LUI MOSELINA ESTRELLA, of legal age, single, a native of Philippines,

having been born on the 13th day of November, 1958, now actually residing at 07

Amethyst st. Sta. Monica Cmpd. II, Barangay Dalandanan, Valenzuela City, being of

sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence,

fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare this to my Last Will

and Testament which I have caused to be written in English, the language which is known

to me. And I hereby declare that:

1. I desire that my remains to be cremated and buried, according to the

rites of the Roman Catholic Church, at the family mausoleum at

Carmen, Nueva Ecija, and with dignity suitable to my circumstances;

2. I give and bequeath to my wife, CAMILLE URBANO ESTRELLA,

our properties, particularly our 300 square meter residence at 07

Amethyst st. Sta. Monica Cmpd. II, Barangay Dalandanan,

Valenzuela City covered by TCT no. 123987, and our 13 hectare

beach house at Lot 30, Playa Laiya, Batangas covered by TCT no.

456832;

3. I give and bequeath to my friend and business partner, ANTHONY

STARK DELA CRUZ, half of my shares in our company, Justice

Shield Corporation, located at 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City

Makati City Metro Manila 1226 Philippines;

4. I give and bequeath to my esteemed children, BRUCE WAYNE

URBANO ESTRELLA and DIANA PRINCESS URBANO

ESTRELLA, in equal shares, all my other properties, real and

personal, whatsoever and wherever they are located, PROVIDED,

that the money deposited in Safety Deposit Box No. 013, located at

Banco De Oro Cubao branch, would be given to them once they turn

18 years old or legal age, with the keys of the safety deposit box

would be under the care of their uncle, ANTHONY STARK DELA

CRUZ;

5. I designate my friend CLARK JOSEPH KENT SANTOS, as the sole

executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in his

incapacity, I name and designate another friend of mine, STEVEN

ROGERS DE LEON, as his substitute.

6. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will

and Testament or her substitute need not present any bond;

7. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or

testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or

published preceding this Last Will and Testament.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite

our respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Tom Lui M. Estrella, has

published unto us the foregoing Will consisting of three pages numbered correlatively in

letters on the upper part of each page, as his Last Will and Testament and has signed

the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence and we, in turn,

at her request have witnessed and signed the same and every page thereof, on the left

margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Will, the first as testator

and the last four as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively acknowledged to me

that they signed the same as their own free act and deed.

This Will consists of three pages, including the page on which this

acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every

page thereof by the testator and her witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
