1. Purpose
- To inform all ASCs of information regarding advice for symptom and defect codes to
be used when replacing a swollen battery for Galaxy S4.

2. Instruction
- Target : Galaxy S4 battery
- If the battery is replaced and the cause is swelling only, below symptom & defect
code must be used.
