Ihave known Jennifer since 2009, in both a professional and personal capacity. She has the skills and qualities that make her a fabulous teacher, | was the Catholic Program Coordinator for the base chapel at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho and Jennifer was an invaluable member of our religious education program as the lead teacher for our teen program. Asa volunteer driven program, | relied on individuals to use their own skill sets to put the curriculum into practice with very litle training. With an extremely limited budget, we ordered a new high school program and she was able to zero in on what would work for our small group. Jennifer’s organizational skills and dedication gave the teens an extremely upbeat experience and along with her communication skills created an enjoyable environment. The curriculum used typically called for larger group activities but Jennifer's ability to think ‘outside the box’ and be innovative with a smaller class size was successful. Her management skills are impeccable and allowed our youth to participate in state conventions, including problem-free backgrounds checks and travel arrangements. Jennifer is able to welcome people from diverse backgrounds, find common ground with others, and resolve difficult situations in a calm and patient manner. She is an active listener and makes people feel she truly hears what they have to say. believe her military background strengthened her inner commitment to honor and loyalty. Jennifer is very effective in inspiring others. Personally, | have the highest regard for Jennifer. She is a friend whom amazes me with her ability to never compromise her principles and instilling love and respect for others in her children.
