HOMICIDE IN RTC 9, PASONANCA, ZAMBOANGA CITY

About 2:00 pm, a certain Mr. Lindoy Gregorio called thru phone Police Station 7, reported
a male cadaver was found at Charlie Classroom of RTC 9, Camp F.T. Marcos,
Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, wherein the victim found lying in the floor, suffered gunshot
wound in the left part of his neck passes through the temporal area of the head. No ID
has been found for the victim’s identity. Cadaver was discovered OOA 1:45 pm of above-
mentioned place. Recovered at the crime scene, one (1) caliber 9 mm “PIETRO
BERETTA” with serial no. M01079Z, with magazine loaded with fifteen (15) rounds
ammunition and one (1) empty shell.

1. Reference: Information Report Form No. 2017-01 dated June 2, 2017.

2. Report on homicide incident. On or about 2:00 in the afternoon of June 2, 2017, a certain
Mr. Lindoy Gregorio, of legal age, NUP of RTC 9, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City called
police station 7 thru phone, reported that a male cadaver has been found in the above-
mentioned place.

3. Initial investigation disclosed that on or about 1:45 in the afternoon of the same date Mr.
Lindoy Gregorio, discovered the said male cadaver inside the Classroom of Charlie
Company. Wherein the cadaver is found lying in the floor, no ID, wearing white t-shirt and
blue denim pants. Victim is about 5’3’’ in height, about 25 years old, oval face, fair
complexion and semi-bulb. Victim’s identity is not identified.

4. The victim has suffered one (1) gunshot wound. Entrance point of the wound is in the
victim’s left part of the neck passes through the temporal area of the head.

5. Further, upon the conduct of crime scene investigation, the investigation team recovered
the following to wit:

a. One (1) firearm identified as caliber 9mm (Pietro Beretta) with serial no. M01079Z,
loaded with a magazine with fifteen (15) rounds of ammunition and;
b. One (1) empty shell.

6. This office is now conducting a follow-up investigation. Motive of the incident is not yet
identified until this moment.
