Objetive

The objective of this experiment is to determine the number of Perodua car in Taman
Universiti.

Scope

This experiment is conducted at Taman Universiti. The number of Perodua car that are
calculated is based on the number of population in the Taman Universiti. The time given when
conducted the experiment are limited so the result are narrowed.

Abstract

The study is part of the assessment for UTHM mechanical engineering students whom taking
Engineering Statistics subject this semester and experience the services provided on the security
aspect in UTHM. The aspect that we count the popularity of local cars among the residents of
Taman Universiti. To obtain the data, we used a traditional method, by surveying every house to
check what cars they have. The total number cars are taken 200. The findings of this study helps
local car manufacturers the popularity of their cars among Malaysian compered to foreign cars.
As cars are used as a metric to measure a person’s economic status, this study also helps to shed
some light on economic status of the people of Taman Universiti.
