Greetings of peace!

This is to express my deepest intention to become part of this department as

Frontliner Staff.

I am JERRYMY C. REYES, 22 years of age, single, and a resident of

Malanday, San Mateo, Rizal. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary
Education, Major in Filipino Subject at Institute of Creative Computer Technology
(ICCT Colleges) located at Cainta, Rizal.

Regarding to my work experience, I currently working at Local Government

of San Mateo, Rizal as Zoning Frontliner that is currently located at Negosyo
Center Office at Plaza, San Mateo, Rizal. This Office was served as one-stop-shop
for the transactions regarding to the Business Permit, like DTI, Application for
Business Permit, Fire Application and as well as Zoning Application.

I am helping also the Business Counselor with regards to the releasing of

DTI Certificate while she was in Provincial Office, processing DTI Application.

If I will be on your department I will continuously do the same as helping

the Business Counselor in San Mateo, and helping people regarding their
application in DTI.
