I’m going to present the status of project for the new Settler to 60%.

Well, first I would like to mention in short review the flowchart for this process, the objective is to obtain phosphoric acid to 1.3% of solids.

In the MGA plant we have the aging area, in this area they have 2 existing tanks, so, we will send the phosphoric acid whit the pump to the Settler tank (we have
one pump in normal function and we have a another pump of replacement), in addition we will have one piping line of flocculant for have best residence time ,
in the top of the settler we will have the nozzle for recollect the clarifier acid with1.3% of solids and send with this pumps to storage tank C or D in MGA plant for
later send to PWA plant.

Under the settler tank we have this pumps for send the sludge according with the solids percent to 43% Settler or Reactors 8 in South or North Train in the MGA
plant (this decision will be do according to the operation philosophy).

These are things that have yet to be executed.

We have installed 3 rings and today we start to mounting the final ring, after this we will be mounting the channel and finish the tank for can start the rubber
lining.

finally we will ready to do the commissioning

Things that may affect the delivery of the project on the committed date:

* Bad weather, last week there was bad weather and it was only possible to work 1 day. We are already working with the short times, which means that days
that can not be worked are already a delay for us.

* Delivery of equipment and / or materials, deliveries are on very fair dates, any delay in delivery would affect us in the program.
