Time Control 10 minutes each + 30 seconds increment per move from move no. 1 Tie Break : Buchholz Tie-Break system will be applied. In case of tie, prizes will not be shared. AICF Player Registration : AICF player registration is compulsory. AICF Player Registration fee is Rs. 250/- for the year 2018-2019. As per latest AICF regulation dated: 31.07.2017, it is informed that from 01 September, 2017 all AICF registrations will be accepted only through online. Players / Arbiters registration should be done well before the start of event (Tournament) New entrants to the field of chess are informed that AICF players registration is mandatory and it should be done well before participating in any toumament. Player registering with TSCA should submit duly filled and signed TSCA Players Registration form along with a copy of their Date of Birth Certificate and ‘Two passport size photograph. Those who have already paid the same must attach / show the proof for that, failing which they will have to pay the registration fee. Protests : Protests if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with protest fee of Rs. 500/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee. The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld. Appeals Committee Before the commencement of the Tournament, appeals committee will be formed from the senior participants present at the players meeting.
