It is with great pleasure that I write to recommend Nomar Rodriguez. I have known Nomar since August, 2017
when she joined our Tech Academy. He is to the class a valuable member as well as to the Foshay’s
Technology Academy. He speaks his mind, is naturally curious, and proven to be reliable. This year, Nomar
proved to be a responsible problem solver and an effective communicator through maintaining his grade by
staying in constant communication about projects and improvements through schoology.

Nomar has also worked hard to improve his technological literacy. During his time in the Tech Academy he
has created original websites using online Content Management Systems, he has created, games, digital scenes
using App Lab in code.org by using the JavaScript programming language.

Nomar demonstrates that he is able to manage hi time wisely and achieve all of his academic responsibilities,
and still have time for extracurricular activities.
