Tal’Deron of House Herellk

Fourth born and the only son of a minor elven noble, Tal’Deron was 84th in line of succession for the
elven throne had it not been for his clear half-elven heritage. For he was born after one of his father’s
expeditions to visit the human lands. And while his father took him in he cared not for his upbringing
and his adopted elven mother took to spurning him at every step.

Surrounded by sisters, he took to playing mainly with them learning the ways of the court and the
proper way to carry himself as a man and so neglected his skills as a warrior. It was even his youngest
sister who urged him to propose a tutorship to a magician. And so offered with an easy way to get rid of
his half breed boy, Tal’Deron soon became an apprentice of Malgalious the Magnanamous.

However this tutorship proceeded to only inflate his sense of importance with stories of powerful
magics and wizards besting monsters of great ability and power. Yet it only made his ability to lie his way
out of duties even better, and he frequently slipped away from his studies to the inn to impress the
ladies with the minor magics which hinted at his hidden powers.

It was not long before Tal’Deron felt the itch of his feet, the weightlessness of his purse and the lack of
truth behind his stretched lies. So he bid his master goodbye and set off for the wild world to begin his
long and hopefully healthily successful career as a monster hunter.
