students. She posts learning objectives foreach subject and discusses the learning goal with students before the lesson, Her students are regularly
in active learning through use of technology, using manipulatives and working in cooperative leaming groups (3.6). She creates positive
asiroom environment where students feel respected and that they can leam in a safe environment (2.1, 2.3) She i very organized and assists het
ents with organization by providing them with leaming folders o ensure they are prepared to learn, She will requently check for understanding
ut a lesson to guide instruction and uses thumbs up or down with students to check ther learning and determine if they need more instruction
or suppor (1.6). Students discuss their thinking and leaming with other students and model different ways o solve problems. Students routinely use

Mrs. Griffith should continue to attend Visible Learning professional development to am strategies to develop impact cycles to develop students as
learners and support mastery of grade evel standards. Use the Illuminate data system to review student assessment data and involve students in
