Regarding monitoring my performance levels, I set my goals and I look for


performance indicators such as,
excellence, execution time, simplicity, etc. After that I look for details
affecting those indicators such
as multitasking/monotasking, different approaches, day programming, sports... I
tune them up, I observe
any change in the indicators and so I can improve my performance or detect any
negative behavior.
