of RS", No. 18/2016), the Republican Pension and Disability Insurance Fund issues

CONVERTING

Yes Jovic Momcilo - Personal No. 1309953470017, has been entitled to pension from
19.08. 2005. and that his payment is made by the Republican Pension and Disability Insurance
Fund from 16.08.2005. years. The monthly amount of the pension is 67.282,53 RSD.

The above facts have been established on the basis of an insight into the records of the
applicants.

For the purposes of Article 18 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (Official Gazette of
the Republic of Serbia, 43/03, 51/03 - correction, 53/04 - other regulation, 42/05 - other regulations,
61/05, 101 / 05 - other law, 42/06 - other regulation, 47/07 - other regulation, 54/08 - other
regulation, 5/09, 54/09, 35/10 - 65/13 - other regulation, 65/13 - other regulation), the certificate is
issued without charge tax.
