The article is about the impact between watching a sport and playing it. Watching a sport
gameplay can higher heart rate. It affects more during climax part or when there were scoring
chances. However, the increasing of heart rate in jumping and standing up while watching a
game do not have physical benefits like exercises during the playing. Moreover, watching a
game can increase blood pressure as well as bring emotional stress during the watch. It can
cause heart attacks especially for people who have already underlying heart disease.
