1. I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have
not been supplied correctly.
2. I attended your exhibition Sound Systems 2015 at the Fortune Hotel (22-25
January) and found it informative and interesting. Unfortunately, my enjoyment of
the event was spoiled by a number of organizational problems.
3. I am an account holder of Villa Vista Bank and I am very concerned regarding
recent newspaper reports on the financial situation of the bank. Your company is
listed as the last annual according to PROFECO listings, so I am writing to you to
ask for an explanation of the situation.
4. I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the food and drinks at the
'European Restaurant' on January 18th this year.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the food and drinks at the
'European Restaurant'
Therefore, without being informed of the reason for cancellation, I had to wait
an hour to take our food.
In addition, the drinks and food were not what we had taken and ordered in the
letter.
I would be grateful if you would act as soon as possible and take the necessary
steps to avoid making that mistake again with other people. Otherwise, I will
consider taking the appropriate legal actions.
