To whom it may concern:

I would like to request an action about my missing garments reported by your staff, that

I gave last Saturday, September 8, 2018 for a laundry service. Apparently, all my garments I

gave for such service are reported missing by your staff. They also failed to show me my name

in any of the plastic bags, which should be part of your operation and service.

The receipt is attached. Also, it is supposed to be 3 kilograms because I saw the

weighing scale showed 3 (three) kilograms when your staff place all my clothes on it.

The following items are my clothes I gave last Saturday. They are all brand new.
