By Design Low Carb Chili

 1 lb cooked and drained 73/27 ground beef


 1 Can of Diced tomatoes
 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Dry Ingredients
 3 tablespoons of chili powder
 2.5 teaspoons of pink salt
 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
 4 teaspoons of cumin
 3 teaspoons Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon of Xanthan gum, optional to thicken

1. Add Olive Oil, Chives (Or Green Onions) and Ground Beef brown the
ingredients.
2. Add dry Ingredients
3. Add Beef or Chicken Broth / Stock based on your desired Thickness
4. Add Aldi Tajin Seasoning at the end based on taste.
Top with Green Onions, Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Sour Cream
